The site opening was attended by <strong>Mayor Mauro Sclavi<\/strong> with <strong>Deputy Mayor Alessia Pupo<\/strong>, the project manager Engineer <strong>Angelo Marzulli<\/strong>, and representatives from the contracted company. <\/p>\n\n<p>The project, which has <strong>an estimated duration of 120 days<\/strong>, involves <strong>a total investment of \u20ac900,000<\/strong> funded through the &#8220;Sport e Periferie&#8221; tender and municipal funds. Following a public tender, the execution of the works was entrusted to the company <strong>Due Punto Tre Costruzioni Generali srl<\/strong>, with <strong>Eng. Katiuscia Faraoni as RUP<\/strong> (Sole Project Manager) in collaboration with <strong>Arch. Eleonora Grilli<\/strong> from the Public Works office. <\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>energy efficiency measures<\/strong> will include the installation of thermal insulation panels on the facades and roof, the replacement of all fixtures, as well as the installation of a photovoltaic system, relamping, and a new solar thermal system. Plans also include sanding the parquet flooring, purchasing new furnishings for the locker rooms and playing field, and the removal of architectural barriers. <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;Through careful planning by the public works and sports offices, activities have not been interrupted, and <strong>various events will continue by utilizing other city facilities thanks to a synergy with the various operators<\/strong>. The redevelopment of the sports arena is part of the regeneration and enhancement plan for the city&#8217;s sports facilities, as repeatedly announced by the Sclavi administration.&#8221;  <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;<strong>We have already returned the Ciommei tensile structure to the city, and we are now proceeding with the project for the skate park and the design of the stadium gym<\/strong>. This is a significant plan that demonstrates our commitment to sports, our youth, and the care of our city&#8217;s precious heritage.
