The church is located on Via Camilla Pasini in Teramo, near the Municipal Cemetery. The structure consists of a rectangular body dating back to 1512, renovated in 1790 and subsequently in 1891. The sacristy and bell tower are located on the south side, where the rectory is also attached, which is not affected by this project. The proposed works<br\/>include the consolidation of load-bearing stone masonry with lime mortar injections, deep raking out and repointing of joints carried out on all masonry where injections are performed and on solid brick masonry where the stone material is in good condition and the mortar has lost its binding properties on the surface, stitch and patch repair limited to areas where the masonry is cracked and deteriorated, and the installation of new wooden lintels to replace damaged and deteriorated lintels.
