{"id":24914,"date":"2026-03-20T14:37:53","date_gmt":"2026-03-20T14:37:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/duepuntotre.com\/church-of-san-giorgio-in-tione-degli-abruzzi\/"},"modified":"2026-05-08T07:21:18","modified_gmt":"2026-05-08T07:21:18","slug":"church-of-san-giorgio-in-tione-degli-abruzzi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/duepuntotre.com\/en\/church-of-san-giorgio-in-tione-degli-abruzzi\/","title":{"rendered":"Church of San Giorgio in Tione degli Abruzzi"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Restoration of the Church of San Giorgio in Tione degli Abruzzi begins<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>On March 18, a fundamental step was taken for the preservation of Abruzzo&#8217;s historical and artistic heritage: the maintenance, conservation, and restoration works of the <strong>Church of San Giorgio<\/strong>, in the Municipality of Tione degli Abruzzi (AQ), were officially awarded to <strong>DUEPUNTOTRE COSTRUZIONI GENERALI<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The intervention, funded under Law 160\/2019 for a total amount of <strong>\u20ac849,488.05<\/strong>, represents a complex operation of protection and enhancement, long awaited by the entire community.<\/p>\n\n<p>The successful operational launch is the result of fruitful collaboration between the authorities responsible for protection and reconstruction:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Prefecture of L&#8217;Aquila<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Superintendence ABAP for the provinces of L&#8217;Aquila and Teramo<\/strong> (Project Manager: Arch. Giovanna Ceniccola)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>USRC<\/strong>, acting as implementing body.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The handover ceremony was attended by the Mayor of Tione degli Abruzzi, <strong>Dr. Stefania Mariani<\/strong>, the Project Manager <strong>Eng. Annalisa Di Cristofaro<\/strong>, the Works Director <strong>Arch. Federico Santoro<\/strong>, the Safety Coordinator <strong>Eng.
